This commercial shows the stats of Apple. It is 1st in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Reliability. PC isn't doing such a good job. The necessity of needing a trainer in the video represents how PC is falling back on the charts and needs a few boosters to help compete with Mac. It also shows how even with the support of other companies helping PC, they are still in favor of Mac. PC better get up to speed quick if it wants to regain support of other companies.
